This desert oasis is located at the end of a Cul-De-Sac with a privacy wall along the back and a view fence of the open desert on the east side. The south facing backyard receives all day sunshine with minimal shade. 

The interior of the home features elegant upgrades like gorgeous stone tile and hardwood floors, wooden plantation shutters on the majority of the windows, solid granite counters in the kitchen and soaring ceilings. Coming in thru the front door immediately on your right you have a formal living room with a sofa, two arm chairs and a flat screen TV. On your left you have the billiard room complete with 4 bar stools and a ledge for drinks. Continue into the main living area which was built around a "great room" concept. The middle of the home is one large open space with your kitchen, dining table and family room all sharing the same area with no dividing walls creating a relaxing light and bright communal space were everyone can enjoy each others company. 

The living room has polished wood floors and is bordered by the stone tile. There is a white leather sectional sofa and two Copenhagen Stressless chairs. There is a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and stereo. The kitchen features solid granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a gas cook top. The formal dining table has seating for eight. 

Inside the master bedroom you have a gorgeous king sleigh bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and plantation shutters. The master bath has two sinks, a soaking tub, walk in shower and a walk in closet. The master bedroom is private and split from the rest of the bedrooms. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. 

The resort style backyard has it all. Let's start with the covered patio which features a comfortable sofa and two armless chairs, a table, flat screen TV, Speakers and a ceiling fan. The flagstone walkway will take you over to the pool deck where we have four chaise lounges and an umbrella, up on the raised deck we have another umbrella, two chairs and a table. Over on the spa side of the pool we have a gas firepit, four chairs, two cocktail tables and a gourmet stainless steel gas grill.
