Welcome to our Palace of the Sun Vacation home. A great hillside home located in the heart of Cave Creek. Walking trails and mountain biking trails are located right outside your front door. The west facing views offer panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and city lights. The home is easily a 5-minute drive from all the prime Cave Creek Shops and Restaurants, like Tonto Bar and Grill, Binkley's and Cave Creek Coffee House. The fantastic home has plenty of parking for you and your visiting guest. The home has an attached 2-car garage and additional parking is on the adjacent covered slab for two more cars. The interior of the home features an open kitchen with gorgeous dark wood cabinets, clean white counter tops and a large island. The adjacent living room has a cozy leather love seat, club chair and a 47-Inch flat screen TV. The western decor dining room has seating for six and floor to ceiling windows with west facing views.

The southwest inspired family room has a decorative fireplace, tile floors, recessed lighting and warm colors. The family room has plenty of natural lighting and upgraded hunter douglas luminescent window coverings. The views from the west side of the family room are of the surrounding mountains, giant granite boulders, and a variety of Sonoran desert fauna like velvet mesquite and Saguaro cacti. The front door leads out onto a fantastic hill side patio with an impressive saguaro cactus at the bottom of the steps to welcome you. There is a table and beehive fireplace next to the large granite boulders. The patio has a private sunken hot tub and waterfall surrounded by the boulders and built right into the hill top. .

The double sliding glass doors at the back of the family room open up to a festive and warm patio that conveys a true south of the border feel. The cantina inspired patio table and vibrant colored tiles will have you in a relaxed mood right away. The giant fireplace can be used for warmth and ambience on cool nights. You’ll certainly enjoy cooking on the gas grill while entertaining family and friends.

The master bedroom has a king bed, two leather club chairs, and large picture windows that allow picture perfect views. The master bedroom also has a flat screen TV. The master bedroom sliding door goes out onto your own private little patio with two chairs and a walkway down to the hot tub. The master bathroom has two sinks, jetted tub, walk in shower and a walk in closet.

The first guest bedroom has a King bed and is next to the shared bathroom which has two sinks and a tub/shower. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed.
