a fabulous North Scottsdale location. You are in the heart of all the activities
around the area from fine dining and shopping to golf and sporting events. The
decorating is filled with all new and upscale furniture from Copenhagen. You can
relax in the living room on the leather sectional or enjoy the office with glass
and leather furniture. The floors are Travertine throughout. The family room has
a wood burning fireplace and large flat screen TV with cable included. There is
a stereo with an Ipod dock. The bedrooms are a split floor plan for privacy. The
master is a wonderful retreat with a king bed and a flat screened TV. The
bathroom is very luxurious with double showerheads in the shower and a separate
Jacuzzi tub with jets. The walk-in closet is large and lined with cedar planks.
The other bedroom also has it’s own private bathroom. There is a queen bed
with a flat screen TV. The kitchen has many upgrades from the stainless steel
appliances to the granite counters. The large windows have views of the resort
like yard. The yard has a view fence facing the McDowell Mountains and a
secluded wash area. You can enjoy barbequing on the covered deck and dining al
fresco on the patio. You can swim in the pool or sunbath on the deck on the
chaise lounges. It is a wonderful private yard and ideal for your Scottsdale
